REVIEW

A riveting tale from start to finish. The battle between the Old Gods and the New Christianity takes the protagonists on unexpected paths. An emotional roller coaster, especially for Torgil, the reader is immersed in the attitudes and customs of the time. Changes that fuel the author’s plotline keep the reader glued to the pages. Having enjoyed the previous books in the series, I was even more impressed with this evocative tale. Kudos to the author. 5 Stars
